April 18th, 2007:
We held a formal presentation of our data for the community, which got a great turn out. We hope this helped to raise awareness around campus and local communities!

April 16th, 2007:
Our group, led by John Scofield, has submitted an article to the American Solar Energy Society's conference which will take place in Cleveland this June.

February 16th, 2007:
Today the group will reconvene for the new semester and begin to sort through the tremendous amount of data we have collected.

January 20, 2007:
We now have gathered 6-mos of data. Our midterm report summarizing results to date has been posted here.

December 20, 2006:
The sign has been posted at the corner of SR-58 and Butternut Ridge Rd. Here is a photo:

New Sign and Group


October 10th, 2006:
We have been working diligently to create a large sign that will be posted on the site of the Wind Monitoring Tower next to DrugMart. Expect it within the next few weeks!

September 29th, 2006:
The OWPI group has resumed meetings for the 2006-2007 school year. We are getting straight to work and will soon erect a sign on site of our wind monitoring tower. This website is also a new addition that will recieve continued attention and become a wealth of information for anyone who wishes to know more about who we are and what we are doing.
